About this website

Purpose

This website serves as a personal genealogy record
for the family of Joanne Dunn and William Francis Gaffey
composed by their son, John Gaffey.

This project started October, 2011 shortly after Dad entered the Nursing Home.
It is a quest for identity and purpose.

Who are my people?

I need to find them before ancestral knowledge is lost.

What is the best way to account for them?

I need at least a name, a face and how we are related.

We have a framework for storing and naming family artifacts (this website).
Still much work needed to collect content.
